APF weekly Trainings offer a different style of training in the water. Our classes will include strength, high intensity interval training (HIIT), functional, and aerobic training. APF will provide a suitable warmup to all, getting that oxygenated blood around the body allowing you to exercise to your full potential. At the end of each class there will be a period of stretching and mindful meditation. Each client will feel the benefits in mind and body.
Athletes are able to climb to the top of the ladder of excellence in their industry with APF Support. Years of working with International and National Team Players who provide valuable feedback.

APF offers programs that are dynamic to say the least, it engages almost every muscle from hamstrings, quads, core, arms and it has great injury prevention principles for ACL and MCL's Training in the water dulls the nerve endings to reduce the pain that players get from constant impact of running on hard surfaces.

APF serves young athletes of all ages to enjoy strength and conditioning where water is used as a resistance for balanced exercise. Each session provides children a fun atmosphere to train, play, laugh, relax and recover individually and in small groups. Our Goal is to strengthen growing bones and joints (Ankles, Knees, Spine) which are essential to flourish in sport.
The Aqua Pro Fitness Coach helps all athletes become stronger, fitter, sharper in mind and body. Exercising in water will lift gravity pressure that forces weight down on an athlete’s body. The goal is to reduce impact on joints by up to 90 percent, which enables players to flourish in all fields of sport.
Training with APF increases circulation and reduces lactic acid build up. APF weekly trainings promote detoxification with guaranteed results.
Hydrostatic pressure comes in all directions. This is important, particularly in hydrotherapy, because of the support it provides all surface areas of a submerged body part. Training with constant resistance maximizes breathing capacity out of the water. If these programs are proven by the best footballers in the world, it's good enough for you.
